General Information
In case of policy cancellation request, please attach any document that proves to
evaluate the responsibility of the Insurance company for the legal responsibility
of the Insurance policy, such as the acquisition of vehicle certificate, Insurance
retrieval paper from Government authorities, New Registration card in the name of
new owner etc.
Time needed to release your cancellation refund cheque is 10 working days from submitting
the full correct documents.
Clients can retrieve the cancellation request status through mobile application.
